Issue Activating Clarizen Approval Workflow Application

I'm trying to enable the Clarizen Approval Workflow application and I'm getting an error

Rule "Cancel Approval" is invalid: 'State' object 'Rejected' not found.

Rejected is not an option for State. What am I missing? Thanks.
