Salesforce Metadata Refresh Sync

As a Clarizen Admin, I need to be able to track the progress of metadata refreshes on iHub. Currently, a dialog box appears while the process runs. However, the only indication that the process has successfully completed is upon the dialog box closing. Often times, this refresh takes over an hour (depending on SFDC instance, network conditions, etc.). A notification option through email or discussion post would be helpful.
