You should be able to assign her with an email-only license, after that you can enable her. If you open up a ticket we can look into your account to make sure nothing else is going on.

I had a user -- Brenda Oliver -- who had a temporary license and needed to be reinstated as an email user. I set her up as a new email user and she received the Clarizen system email below. When you look at her profile under the People tab she appears to be set up but when you go into the project her name is crossed out. When I tried to go to the "Enable User" under the Admin tab it is greyed out. How can I get this resolved?
