PMs Adding Stakeholders

Trying to achieve the ability to add several people, called “Stakeholders”, to a project. Tried to use the field "Reviews" but does not meet what we are looking for. In a sense would like to have a field called "Stakeholders" or be able to rename vie system variables or by using custom Javascript.
