I added a column in my work plan named "Groups." This was added so Dashboards could be made for each Dept so the Directors could see upcoming Tasks or overdue Tasks. Each Resource is from different departments. Unfortunately Groups aren’t supported in templates each time I open a new project I have to go into each Task & add the Group or Dept each Resource is from. My contact at Clarizen said: "If you intend to to segment the reports by group assigned to the project than you would need some field to leverage at the project level to do this. Consider adding a custom field that is a picklist. You can add your groups as options to the picklist and this should be able to be incorporated into the template. " How do I complete this?
