Additional Settings for Send Email Function in Workflows

I'd like to be able to adjust the "importance" flag of an item when using Send E-Mail action in a workflow.  Options would be "Low", "Normal" (default) and "High".  This controls whether the ! shows up in Outlook and would allow me to send out higher priority things so that folks will notice it in the sea of messages everyone has in their inbox.

Also I would like the option to BCC folks, for example admins on some types of e-mails that a workflow sends I'd love the admins to receive it but not be included when the user replies back.
