GetWorkingTimeForGivenPeriod not giving right answer?

I'm using the GetWorkingTimeForGivenPeriod function to calculate the availability of a resource for a month. However, its doesn't appear to always give the correct result when I compare it to the resources calendar.

For example, in June there are 22 working days (in the UK), and he has 7 exceptions, so it should return 15 days. However, it is returning 14 days

In January there are 20 working days (excluding Jan 1st which is marked as a public holiday in our organizational calendar and there are no exceptions, and its correctly returning 20 days

I can't seem to spot a consistent reason why it isn't returning the correct value.

I'm I missing something or is this a known issue?
