Enhanced Permissions - Requests

Hey Guys,


We have enhanced permissions switched ON currently. We are rolling out more users and have some questions.

 

a) For Requests - if a user is sick and someone wants to re-assign their Requests to someone else - can the Direct Manager of the sick-user do this?

 

b) What about Super Users, can they re-assign Requests to other users?

Here are answers to your questions regarding requests...

  1. Can the Assignee's Direct Manager change Assigned To field? NO - The field will be locked and the Direct Manager is not allowed to make any changes UNLESS the Direct Manager is specified as a Team Member on the Request.
  2. Can Super Users re-assign requests? YES, Super Users have permissions to do this.
