Email Templates with attachments

Ability to create email templates with attachments would be great.  We have several processes built into our project plan where acceptance or other information needs to be collected.  The ability to kick off and email  (Example: Client Acceptance - with the form attached, email body auto populate with project info - FName, LName, CName, etc.) would be great.
