Available Formatting tags to be added to Document Publisher online documentation

I have been informed through my CSM that there is no definitive list of available formatting ("!Format") tags for the Document Publisher. Some examples are shown in the online documentation but no specific list is provided. 

I had a query regarding available formatting for boolean fields that by default only display as True or False. It turns out there is no format tag for this so the workaround is to create a custom field and workflow rule to update the custom field to the text that you want to display (e.g. "Yes, "No").

Anyway, it would be good if the definitive list was stated and some advice given to deal with alternative formatting as per the above to help other Clarizen users.
