Team Leaders cannot see the tasks of their direct reports

I've set up some Team Views for Team Leaders in the Tasks module and shared those views with them but they are unable to see the views (i.e. the view is unavailable to them to select).

We are using enhanced permissions and they have Team Member licenses. I cannot find anything in settings that is preventing them from seeing the views.

Can you offer a solution?

Hi Jo, I believe they should be able to access the view. This is a task view and not a project or work item view correct? Please open a ticket so that we can investigate. Thanks!
