I want to copy and paste task items from a project in Clarizen to my Outlook email in order to send them to someone who is not a user.
Is there any way to do this?
Any attempt on my part fails.

Can you provide a bit more information. What information regarding the Task are you trying to share via email? Remember the Work plan can be shared via read-only widget (with non Clarizen user). If you want to share the columns/values of a task or the Property card, you can export to excel or pdf.
Feel free to provide a screen capture to better explain what you are trying to copy/paste out of Clarizen and how you are attempting to do so.
i ahve 6 milestones listed one under the other with start date and due date.
I wanted to copy the 6 rows and 3 columns into an email. Ended up with a screenshot.
I can try the widget but wanted to limit which fields they can see and Excel means an attachment to an email.
I will try the widget and see how that works.
Copy/Paste within Clarizen was not made to do that. It was built to copy/paste within the Application/Browser. If you simply want a screen capture, use a screen capture tool such as snippet tool (windows).
