I'm struggling with this one -- there seems to be a follow/unfollow action in the workflow rules, and I can create an evaluation criteria to only run on the profile I want, but I can't seem to make it add everyone with a certain profile as a follower.

Oh, sorry. So, we use the Case > Requests as a 'ticket queue' for all website change requests (bugs, content, features, etc.). So, whenever a new request comes in, I'd like all users who have the profile 'web manager' (or I could create a 'web' team if that works better), to automatically be added as followers on the request. That way, everyone will get notifications when there's discussion on the ticket. (We're a small team, so that will work for us and not be disruptive)

It's clear now! You'll have to Run On "All Users" and check if they are a part of the Web Manager Profile (Filter) and Follow the case accordingly.
