I'm not sure why is that happening. Generally speaking it should work the same. You need to make sure that your Wiki is actually embeddable and there are no restrictions from that side. Please refer to this article for further information: https://www.w3.org/Security/wiki/Same_Origin_Policy
If you still can't understand why it's not working, I would suggest opening a support request so we can take a closer look.
