Fiscal year discrepancy on gantt chart

I realized that the year displayed on the gantt chart is one year later than it should. I was told that by definition, fiscal year displayed on gantt denotes the year by which the fiscal year ends. For example, if Q4 is Jan/Feb/Mar of 2016, then the gantt will display Q1 2016, Q2 2016, Q3 2016, Q4 2016 even though Q1 is Apr/May/Jun of 2015. When the mouse hovers around Apr it actually shows Apr 2015. It is not intuitive.

I feel that fiscal year displayed on gantt should denote the year in which the fiscal year starts rather than ends. For example, if Q1 2015 is displayed then it is intuitive since the fiscal year starts from Apr 2015.

Do I make sense?

I urge Clarizen R&D team to change the fiscal year displayed on the gantt chart to be in line with the year in which the first Q starts.
