Accessibility challenges

Improve accessibility options for visually impaired users. Here are some examples of areas that can be improved:

1. Manage Column/add resources - names of the column/resources under the available and selected list are not readable for screenreader. Also, the arrow links for moving one column from the available list to select list and vice versa are unlabeled.

2. Filter icon near the search box - Not accessible from keyboard or screenreader.

3. Workplan View - In the edit mode, the task name, start date, Finish date and Resource names are not readable for screen-reader, whereas the status(Active/Complete) is readable.

Some example softwares being used: Freedom Scientific JAWS and Non-Visual Desktop Access(NVDA).
