[iHub] User credentials that connect an integration - no password expiry

When using an integration, a licensed user is allocated and used to connect the integration. As this is a user, the password will expire. Ideally we would have a setting on the user level configurable only by Admins that would indicated the user is only used for connecting integrations and does not have a password expiration.
