Export Resource Load - Default Date Range Selection

When exporting the Resource Load data to Excel one must select the start and end date. Typically this comes up with a Sunday week start and Saturday week end set of dates within the date range shown in the Resource loader.

Howver, even if the Resource Load view itself is showing the week view in Monday to Saturday. The default date range starts with Sunday to Saturday. This is a small issue, but annoying after 30+ times of exporting.

Also with the end date being the Saturday the end date also has to be adjusted but that calendar always starts in the current month, instead of the month of the current end date, which would make more sense and result in less months to flip through to get to the end month and set the last Sunday in the range.

This is a usability issue.
