In the meantime, you can create custom fields that show the current time and current user. This might be a workaround for your request.

Last Run On/By details of Report made exportable in Excel Add-In
The date a report was last run ("Last Run On") and by whom ("Last Run By") are columns available in the Reports module. These columns should be exportable via the Excel Add-In in order to allow report cleanup activities to be performed more efficiently.
