Gantt Chart Limitations

I have received a request to provide a Gantt chart that is capable of showing multiple perhaps all projects , so we can compare and make decisions on the timing and load of the various departments. My attempts to make this work have been in vain, the obstacle that seems to be the most bothersome is requiring that projects placed into a portfolio not have any dependencies, our projects are constructed with dependencies and not doing so does not seem feasible for our uses.
The other issue relates to my attempt to use the calendar view as a substitute for the Gantt for envisioning multiple projects. This view is limited in that it only shows approx the first five projects and you must click to show more, which actually opens a new window which is lacking for showing multiple days or weeks or months.
Finally, I attempted to print to our plotter and the print out does not print as shown in the Clarizen program the full solid color, but limits color to the edge of the field - this is difficult to see . Also print sizes in Clarizen are very limited, it would seem you would employ more variety considering the variety of countries you are used in. I know I put a lot of info into this request but these are troubling matters for me.
