Allow people to add calendar exceptions for their team members
To add to this, (and having raised this with Diana - Request #29226) the following would also be extremely useful:
Ability for all members of a group to update the parent group calendar. Our team need visibility of each others movements and whereabouts and I trust them to be able to manage that. Unfortunately I don't have the time to continually go through and update the group calendar for each member of my team and suspect I'm not alone here. Granting one or more group members read/write access to the groups' calendar would be very welcome.

There are no updates so far, but we will definitely keep the forum posted on plans as it grows in popularity and increases in priority!

+1 vote for this. To expand on this a bit, it would be wonderful is there was a way to proxy in as users to see what they see and perform work on their behalf, as necessary
