When you share a widget you can also specify which panels should be shared - did you make sure the required panel is checked?

Custom Panels in Shared Widgets
Why are custom panels not visible in shared widgets?
Is there something I am missing?
My custom panel for project shows up when logged into Clarizen and viewing in Clarizen, but when the same view is shared via a widget, the panel does not appear.

Guy, thanks for the suggestion, but custom panels do not appear for me in that list.

You will need to open a support ticket for us to investigate. You should be able to show the custom panel as long as it does not contain financial information.
