Notes Section Improvement Request

Two requests in one:

1 - When the Notes section is moved to the main column (2 column format) the notes do not fill the full space of the column.  It would be preferable to allow the content to fill the full space.

2 - the full Tiny MCE would be nice to have.  Additionally, when trying to add a note via the 'add button' the options are hidden behind the filter and search fields.  The only way to see the full menu is to add a not via 'Add Related' menu.

Hi Michelle- I've received no updates and the functionality has not changed since I submitted the request.
