Document publisher for multiple projects instead of 1

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Document publisher for multiple projects.

To do so, I created an outbound call (in a project custom action for testing) as suggested in the post "Document publisher for multiple projects instead of 1" using my custom fields ("C_PPR*"). 

I used the URL below:

https://integration.clarizen.com/DynamicUI/Handlers/ReportTemplatePage.ashx?DynamicType=ReportTemplate&TemplateExternalId=4tvbjlpb5htoiaow47mki7i8c2950&OutputType=DOCX&PrintMode=Clean&attach=True&AddPost=True&ConvertToPdf=False&SendEmail=true&fileNameField=C_PPRFileName&fileDescriptionField=C_PPRDescription&recipientsField=C_PPREmailRecipients&subjectField=C_PPREmailSubject&bodyField=C_PPREmailBody

When I run the custom action from a project, a "Processing" window appears and then nothing happens.

What could be wrong?

You've probably already checked this, but let's start with the basics;

Tamir indicates in the post response you quote that all the projects you want to include need to be contained within one 'master' project.  Are they? If they are not then I would think this is the first reason it isn't working.
