Creating projects using Interact

I am trying to create a project in Clarizen using InterAct. I want Clarizen to use attachment of the email as source of the project. Attachment is in xlsx format.

Is that possible?

We have a very dynamic environment and tasks in a project and duration changes according to customer needs so creating templates in Clarizen and using them as source will not help.
