Timesheets for a resource have a different person in the "Reported By" field
I ran a report for a specific resource but I see that there are several timesheets that have a different person in the Reported By field. Does this mean the timesheets were created by someone other than the resource? How would this have happened?

It is a custom report. Here are the filters

I guess I need to filter by "reported by" and not the resource on the work item.
