Green circles - Resource availability and log-ins

With Clarizen it is difficult to see whether someone is currently logged in and potentially available as a resource. Our firm uses Clarizen as a ticketing system for task allocation, so we have a large number of users actively in the system at all times and workflow managers allocating work.

It is very difficult to see who is currently online. When allocating a resource, you can click on a user's name and see a green circle next to their name. We originally thought this meant they were online, which would be very useful, but it is merely a simulation of the resource capacity.

I would suggest that there be some feature -- such as a green circle -- that more readily shows you when a user is online, so you can understand whether you would be allocating something to them that they can pick up in real time.
