Move all resource allocations at once

Use case: In regards to project utilization, when editing the start date of the project, the resource plan does not adjust accordingly to the work plan. For example - project is set to start on October 17th and is later adjusted to start later on Oct 31, rather than pushing all the allocations out by two weeks, it cuts off the first two weeks of allocations.
Would like the ability to have the resource plan adjust accordingly to the start date of the project being adjusted as well.
