Add ability to filter related items in project detail view on mobile app

When navigating from a project to the list of cases resolved in the project (through the more page) the list of cases is displayed correctly but does not feature any filter options.

Should this have the filters as per other sections, including the full cross project cases module.

We would like to use this filter to only show the open cases, but are not able to as no filter is present.
