Until that happens, try using user groups to simplify things and make it easier to send out emails.

Resizable 'Email To' Window
Our users would like the ability to resize the 'Email To' window that pops out. Could we have the ability to resize this window to allow for a better reading experience for some users?

This is for emails that come from External Customers themselves. We use the Request system as a external ticketing system whereby we have hundreds of external customers who do not use Clarizen. I dont think you can use Groups for them?

I think you're right - if the 'external user' toggle is on for them, they shouldn't be able to do so. I would test it if you can just to confirm.
