Generating a Case (BUG) in Clarizen that was captured in another system
We would like to capture "bugs" Case details that are reported on our "Priza" system and integrate it to Clarizen under the "right" projects.
Assuming "Priza" can triger the integration in any required form
Any ideas on how to capture it in Clarizen?
1. Clarizen API? WS?
2. Integration through emails?
3. File based integration (import)?
4. ?

To track bugs from one system, we set up the system to email a specific catch all task for bugs. For the project we only need a highlevel as these are managed in the secondary system. I hope this is of some help.
