Ability to add notes from iOS app to parent project

We currently update our projects by using the Add Related-->Notes option on the website for the parent projects. I'd like to have this Add Note ability on the iOS app. See attached images for where I think this option should be placed--view them in order (1, 2, 3) to see the flow of how I think we should be able to access this.
