Try replacing the EUG too - this is what I get using the link and it's using the correct template I've set up.

FollowUpdate the Periodic Project Report Template
Hi,
I have created a new Periodic Project Report Template and I seem to have 3 different ones:
- Periodic_Project_Report_Template_EUE.docx (dd/mm/yy)
- Periodic_Project_Report_Template_US.docx (mm/dd/yy)
- Periodic_Project_Report_Template_EUG.docx (dd.mm.yy)
Clicking on https://app2.clarizen.com/Clarizen/View/Default.aspx?id=PPR_Template&type=Document takes me to Periodic_Project_Report_Template_EUE.docx.
I have replaced the file, clicked Custom Actions > Load Periodic Project Report Template and chosen Template Format: EU (dd/mm/yy) but when I run the PPR from a project I get the old template.
Do I have to replace the template for US and EUG as well? Where/how do I do that? (Searching for Periodic_Project_Report_Template_US doesn't return any results.)
Thanks for your help!
Delphine

I'd like to replace the 3 different templates but I don't know how to get to them. The only one I seem to have access to is Periodic_Project_Report_Template_EUE.docx.
Do you know how I find the other 2?
This is the only way I'm aware of to replace the template - it should take you to the relevant file.
When you open the file again, do you see the updated template you created, or is it still the old one?
Perhaps this would help: https://www.clarizen.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Clarizen-Project-Periodic-Report-Application-Guide.pdf
...also, when using the global search to look for "periodic_project_report_te", I only find one template - the one I'm using (ending with "g").
Thanks Guy.
No matter which template I try to load the link is always https://app2.clarizen.com/Clarizen/View/Default.aspx?id=PPR_Template&type=Document and always takes me to Periodic_Project_Report_Template_EUE.docx. I do see the new template there though.
I'm not sure what else to do. I have followed the instructions in the document you linked.
In this case I would wait for others to comment, perhaps they know more. If even Clarizen do not reply, try contacting their support.
Thanks Guy!
Any modifications to the PPR template need to be routed through your PS consultant. Unfortunately, changes here are outside the scope of the support channels.
Just in case someone else comes across the same issue, the lovely person on the Clarizen Q&A webinar gave me the answer:
Don't click Custom Actions > Load Periodic Project Report Template once you have replaced the file as it overwrites the template you have just uploaded.
