You mean in this case the sponsor is receiving 200 emails?

FollowScheduled Workflow Report - Automation by Requestor
Hi,
I'd like to use a scheduled workflow to send a report about the "Requests" that each sponsor has active in the system so that they can keep track of the status of everything that they've submitted.
I have a scheduled workflow rule setup to send the report and execute it on behalf of the Sponsor but if I do that and we have 200 requests, it will run multiple times per Sponsor. Is there a way to have it only execute based on unique requestors or sponsors? I can formula base the recipients of the e-mail as well based on who the sponsor is but I don't want to send multiple e-mails.

They would if I turned the workflow on. Logically when the scheduled workflow rule runs it will go through each request (we have 200+) and often a sponsor has more than one item they are responsible for. I want the report to only run one time per sponsor since the report itself will show all 10 requests that they have (I have it setup to run based on the sponsor and show all of their stuff).
I would recommend discussing with your PS consultant. You might have to run the rule on the user instead of requests or used a scheduled report instead of a workflow rule.
