Filter Selections

Please provide the ability to compare one field to another field when performing record selection.

For example - I only want to select a record if the value in Field A is equal to the value in Field B.

This would be especially helpful in comparing field whose values could change over time. For example - if I need to select a project record where the project manager is also the business analyst, I cannot afford to have to hard-code the value and do multiple comparisons. Personnel change and then I have to update the list with the new hard-coded value. I should not have to do this.
