It would be good to have functionality which would enable What If scenarios for resources. Ideally a graphical representation of load that would allow you to drag/drop/move projects to see the impact on the resources.
I have seen this in an RM tool but it didn't offer the PM functionality and buying it as an add-on seems overkill.

I agree with Tracy, to have the ability to perform full What If scenario planning would be a significant enhancement and support both resource and project planning ensuring workload is better spread and customer expectations managed.
What If scenario planning for associated dates as well would be very helpful. Have others tried to do scenario building in regards to seeing scheduling impact?
