Ability to Export Data into Excel for Data over 100,000 lines

We are currently experience issues when trying to extract YTD timesheet data from the system.  As time goes on, the data source give bigger and bigger.  This means, once you have hit over 100,000 rows of data the export into excel function, will only extract the first 100,000 rows.  We would like to be able to extract all our timesheet data and any other data that exceeds this limit.

We have been asked by Clarizen support to post this request into the Community Forum for a feature request.

Thanks

Hi,

Some good news here: Clarizen Engineering team are working on this and should be releasing in the coming weeks. We'll post an update here when it's released.

Hi,

Please let me add that we would be also interested on removing that limitation if technically feasible. As per our experience, when we export some reportings where there are around 450K tasks divided in 5 tabs, which each sheet contains lesser of 100K tasks, they are properly generated and downloaded in a Excel 2007/2016 format (.xlsx).

What I mean, those 450K tasks are properly exported in several sheets, therefore we are wondering why those 450K tasks cannot be exported in a single sheet, because the Excel 2007/2016 row limitation is 1,048,576.

We are also interested in seeing a resolution here.  We have compliance reports we must provide to parent company and the need to have large data exported to excel (without any missing rows) is critical.

Thanks
