We are trying to do exactly that. One question I have is it possible to limit to which files / type of files a user has access to? or is it only possible to control whether they have access to files in general or not?

Do you know how to set up related items for a user profile? For every work item (project, task, etc.) you can add related items (files, issues, customers, etc.). But you'll probably want to limit which items are available, for 2 reasons. 1. There's no need for so many options and clutter, and 2. you probably don't want all items available to all employees for security and other reasons. So why not define what's available and what's not using profiles - making it easier to control what each of your users can access, and provide a better user experience with only relevant items available.

Hi Robin,
At this moment, we only support which profiles have access to files in general and not different types of files. Let me know if that helps!
