How to add additional fields in standard Request form?
We need to add few additional fields in the standard Request form. Is it possible? If not, What are the options (Creating a custom form and add all the fields required) and if yes, where is the configuration? I somehow could not locate/found any configurations that talks about adding fields in the standard form.
