I would love to have this feature as well but it is dependent on our vendor. However, after submitting a ticket users receive a email within a few emails and you can reply to that email with an image or attachment to instantly add it to a ticket. You can also use free video recording tools like Jing to record an example of the issue and include the link in the initial ticket, which is even better than an image.

FollowPossibillity to add screenshot when submitting a Clarizen Request
It would be a really functional possibillity if we could add screenshots in the Description field when creating a Clarizen support ticket.
Please consider providing this functionality to make it easier for us to describe and document the issue and for yourself to get more relevant information in the requests.
