Dashboard Panels - Automatic View\Hide

Very simple. Can an option be added to AUTO hide:

1) In a panel, if the table option is selected and there are no results, then we still get the table frame. Could an option be added to hide this automatically if there are no results and\or make the space occupied a lot smaller.

2) In a panel, you can have highlights without the table option. Can an option be added to hide the panel completely if there are ZERO highlight results and NO table results. Basically freeing up "real estate" on the Dashboard from "useless" panels and only appearing when there is a problem.
