Often a PM will want to recreate or export data from a project completed months or years ago, including an export to MS Project.
We are requesting that the "Export to MS Project" function be allowed on Completed Projects.
I was able to export a Completed project to MS Project on a Project where I was Project Manager and also where I was not a Project Manager.
Recommend you open a support ticket so the team can investigate on your organization.

Thank you, David. The option appears but only exports an .xml table that MS Project can not generate a file from. I'll open a support ticket regardless.
