Timeline Scale in Roadmap widget

Hi,

   Is there a way to freeze the timeline scale which appears at the top of roadmap wizard ? Sometime like excel's freeze pane. 

Currently, if the user scrolls down, the timeline scale goes out of view. Would be helpful if this scale remains in the view as the roadmap widget is scrolled down.
