Task Filters for "Resource Utilization Planned vs Actual" Report

The current "Resource Utilization Planned vs. Actual" report is canned and for the Planned work, it brings back all Active, Draft and On Hold tasks.  Would like the ability to filter the tasks to choose which task states come back in the report.  (i.e. only active, active & draft, etc)
