Dynamic filters on Projects

On the projects view, we initially see all projects.

Then imagine I add a filter, on the field "Project Manager".

Now if I needs to filter for field "Project Type", it can be very useful to find only the list of available values; in this case I should find only "Project", instead I find all the values:

Beyond this, might be possible to allow users to to start digiting the first letters of the desired values (on the filters) and Clarizen shows to the users only the values which start with those letters (like Google research)?
