Custom Action - Reference to Object: Template

When I use a custom action to create a form and I create a Reference to Template, the options to include: Sub-Projects, Milestones, Tasks, Files, Notes, Resources, Mark Owner for the entire Workplan checkbox are not available. The request is to add these options.
