Copy & Paste Projects in Clarizen

 When we go through the copy/paste/detach process to duplicate a project, the Project Manager of the new project defaults to the Creator rather than the Project Manager on the original project. This is not intuitive and not a true copy. It'd be nice if the creator is added as a Manager in the Managers section and the Project Manager was copied from the original. See Request #50522.

Additionally, it'd be nice if the data panels listed on the original project were copied over to the new project. We have to create a custom action for true copy to happen.
