If you manage wisely the showing / permission rules of a custom action, you don't need this so much. =)

Multiple Custom action menus
We have by now quite a few custom actions. In order to better organize them, it would be nice to have multiple custom action ribbon menus, be able to rename them and being able to switch them on/off for profiles
