Report Needed: Total Reported Hours by Rate for projects

I need a report that looks exactly like the Total Reported Hours by User Per Project except instead of the total hours I need the total rate for those hours by the user per project.

Fields:

First Name

Last Name

Project

Total Rate for Hours submitted/approved.  The Project Summary report is close but it breaks it down by work item in the project so I would have to spend time amending it.

If anyone can advise it would be great.
