Add a column to views for all users

I want to make sure all Time-sheet users in our organization have the same default columns in their different views. Specifically, when a user clicks on the Resource Load view, I want them to see the "Client Name" column. I know how to add this for myself, but I would like to make a change for all other users.

Is this possible?

Resource Load is not customizable, but most other views in the system are. As an admin you can set the default view and configure that view any way you'd like. The one caveat is that end users can apply additional configurations to their personal views and add/omit columns they have access to.
